The Pfeil Double Sided Water Stone gives you two grits in a single block, so you can move from edge repair to a fine polish without swapping stones. Used with water, the surface clears swarf as you work and keeps cutting cleanly for a sharper, more reliable edge.

Choose 400/1000 or 1000/2000 in the larger 200 x 60 x 30mm size, or 280/400 in the compact 150 x 50 x 25mm size. Each stone is Swiss-made by Pfeil and arrives in a fitted wooden box that protects it on the bench and keeps it stored safely between uses.

Soak the stone, start coarse to repair the edge, then move to the finer side to polish the bevel until your tools are razor sharp. Keep the surface wet throughout, then rinse and return it to the wooden box. Choose your grit combination and keep every cutting edge in top working order.
