i2R A24 CNC Router

The A24 is the largest machine in the i2R A Series. It gives you room for longer workpieces and bigger projects while keeping a compact footprint.

Key Features

• Large 610 × 1220mm working area: Cut cabinet parts, signs, panels and furniture parts in one setup. Fewer repositions mean better accuracy and less wasted timber.
• 2.2kW (3HP) liquid-cooled ER20 spindle, 0–24,000 RPM: The spindle is the motor that drives your cutter. Liquid cooling keeps it running at a steady temperature during long jobs. The ER20 collet holds a wide range of router bits securely.

• Designed for i2R CNC Router T-slot tables: The 5/16" T-bolt slides straight into the aluminium table slots for a fast, solid connection.
• Suits materials up to 75mm (3") thick: The T-bolt is long enough to capture nearly any workpiece you'd put on the table.
• Aluminium clamping arm: Each arm measures 28mm (1-1/8") wide by 133mm (5-1/4") long, delivering firm, even pressure across your workpiece.
• Large knurled handle for tool-free tightening: Spin the handle to your desired clamping pressure without tools, so setup stays fast between jobs.
• Supplied as a pair: This bundle includes one set of two clamps.
